Job Summary For Sr. Business Analyst
- Serve as a Senior Business Analyst for the State of Alabama s healthcare-related projects.
- Lead and facilitate business process modeling and management activities.
- Analyze and improve business processes, especially within MMIS, Medicare, Medicaid, or major healthcare payer domains.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors and manage multi-vendor project environments.
- Utilize advanced skills in Visio, MS Project, Office 365, and Webex/Teams for documentation and project management.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications.
- Work onsite at the Montgomery, Alabama location.
- Prepare reports, presentations, technical documentation, and process workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and multi-contractor teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and compliance standards.
- Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Apply a Bachelor s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Experience leading centralized or matrixed teams, technical writing, and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint.
