Job Summary For Sr. Business Analyst

• Serve as a Senior Business Analyst for the State of Alabama s healthcare-related projects.
• Lead and facilitate business process modeling and management activities.
• Analyze and improve business processes, especially within MMIS, Medicare, Medicaid, or major healthcare payer domains.
• Collaborate with multiple vendors and manage multi-vendor project environments.
• Utilize advanced skills in Visio, MS Project, Office 365, and Webex/Teams for documentation and project management.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications.
• Work onsite at the Montgomery, Alabama location.
• Prepare reports, presentations, technical documentation, and process workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and multi-contractor teams.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and compliance standards.
• Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
• Apply a Bachelor s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Experience leading centralized or matrixed teams, technical writing, and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint.
