• Job Title: Sr. BI / Visualization Developer
• Location: Newtown Square, PA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
• Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

• About the Role
• We are seeking a Sr. BI / Visualization Developer to deliver enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions. This role focuses on designing executive dashboards, building scalable data models, and transforming complex data into actionable insights using modern BI platforms.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop end-to-end BI and reporting solutions.
• Build executive dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics.
• Develop scalable semantic and dimensional data models.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Create compelling visualizations and data-driven insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional data, engineering, and business teams.
• Mentor junior developers and promote BI best practices.

• Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Visualization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Microsoft Fabric preferred).
• Experience with Tableau.
• Advanced SQL development and data modeling experience.
• Experience building executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of dimensional and semantic data models.
• Experience with Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred Skills
• Microsoft Fabric experience.
• Experience in Healthcare, Finance, or other data-intensive industries.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Experience implementing self-service BI solutions.
