Sr. Applications Analyst

An Insight Global client in the alternative asset management space is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst to support and optimize enterprise applications within their growing self-storage business. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for Yardi Voyager, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business systems.

This role sits within the Enterprise Applications team and partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, while owning application performance, configuration, and ongoing enhancements.

• Day-to-Day
• Provide day-to-day support and ownership of Yardi Voyager and related enterprise applications
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex application issues and drive root cause analysis
• Manage and prioritize application support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
• Partner with business units including operations, finance, marketing, asset management, and customer care to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Configure and optimize system workflows to improve business performance and user experience
• Liaise with Yardi and external vendors on advanced issues and platform enhancements
• Support application upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and system optimization
• Contribute to the stabilization and ongoing evolution of the self-storage platform

• Must Haves
• 5+ years of experience as an Applications Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Systems Administrator supporting enterprise applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager (including accounting/GL exposure)
• Experience managing application support, troubleshooting complex issues, and working within ticketing systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

• Plusses
• Experience with self-storage platforms or Yardi Storage Manager
• Exposure to SQL or backend data querying
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or integrations
• Background in real estate, asset management, or property management systems

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 USD annually
