- We're looking for an experienced Sr. Analyst Workforce Analytics to join a growing analytics team. In this role, you'll partner with HR and business leaders to uncover workforce trends, answer critical business questions, and deliver data-driven recommendations that shape talent strategy.

- What You'll Do
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify workforce priorities and develop data-driven solutions.
- Analyze large and complex data sets to uncover trends, identify root causes, and generate actionable insights.
- Perform trend analysis, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to support talent and workforce initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI and Alteryx.
- Develop meaningful visualizations that help leaders understand workforce performance and opportunities.
- Combine quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Present findings in a clear, compelling way that tells the story behind the data.
- Help improve data quality, governance, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with analytics, data science, and data architecture teams on enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Recommend new approaches and creative solutions for solving complex business challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Alteryx.
- Experience writing basic SQL queries.
- Experience using statistical tools such as R, Python, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience leading talent or workforce analytics initiatives within a large enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proven ability to communicate findings through compelling presentations and data storytelling.
- Experience working with large data sets outside of Excel.
- Ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Nice to Have
- Experience in HR, Workforce, or Talent Analytics.
- Experience building workforce metrics, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Experience with predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
- Experience presenting insights to executive leadership.
