Job Title: Sr Analyst Product Owner

Duration: 6+ Months (Extendable)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - onsite 3 days a week)

Job Summary:

Must Haves

• -3 + years of experience
• -Jira/Confluence
• -spring planning
• -user stories

-Experience as a Product Owner or Business Product Lead supporting financial services, payments, ACH, wire transfers, treasury, or banking operations.

Desired Skills

• -Working knowledge of ACH and/or wire transfer processes, including payment initiation, processing, settlement, exceptions, returns, controls, and risk considerations.
• -Understanding of payment controls, regulatory considerations, and operational risk, including NACHA, OFAC, fraud prevention, approvals, and audit requirements.

• • 3+ years of financial services experience preferred
• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems preferred
• • 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership
• • Experience using Jira for backlog management and sprint execution, and proficiency with Confluence for maintaining product documentation, requirements, and cross functional collaboration
