- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

- What’s a typical day as Sr. Analyst (Forecasting and Analytics)? You’ll be:
- • Supporting long-range global forecasting efforts and collaborating on quarterly competitive market share reporting for the Global Electrophysiology market.
- • Updating and maintaining forecasting and analytics tools, while balancing corporate reporting requirements with business needs.
- • Creating and maintaining comprehensive bottoms-up market models that accurately project market size and growth potential.
- • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint to support market forecasting and share reporting
- • Role will balance delivering corporate reporting requirements with meeting business needs using a range of forecasting, analytic, and insights tools.
- • Develop new product forecasts based on insights from internal data sources as well as primary and secondary market research.
- • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to share findings with management and other teams.
- • Stay current on market trends and enhance forecasting models based on evolving data and business needs.
- • Support GSM, Finance, and global commercial teams on all enterprise processes, including Business Planning, IRR reporting, and LRPP/LRF.P
- • Assist with monitoring cardiac ablation market trends to proactively identify areas of opportunity and risk. Apply strong data analysis skills to quarterly market share reports to uncover actionable insights and address specific business needs.
- • Role will require collaboration across Global Strategic Marketing counterparts, cross-region marketing counterparts, and cross-functional stakeholders within the company.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- • Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant business experience required, with experience in creating/maintaining market models and/or forecasting tools preferred. Experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or equity research is also preferred.
- • Strong ability to quickly learn and master a medical device market, industry fundamentals, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- • Experience in healthcare, medical device, cardiovascular disease area, and specifically cardiac ablation is preferred.
- • High level of proficiency with MS office applications and specifically Excel and PowerPoint is required. Experience using Power BI and other data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau) for creating interactive dashboards is a plus.
- • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in building complex financial models, utilizing advanced formulas and data analysis tools.
- • Ability to gather, clean, and centralize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Strong analytical skills with a knack for numbers and attention to detail.
- • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and contribute to financial and strategic planning efforts.
- • Experience in documenting processes and creating clear SOPs to ensure consistent data handling and model usage.
- • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including coordinating with various stakeholders.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
- • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python) for data manipulation and analysis would be a bonus
