2. About the Opportunity:
The Sr. Analyst, Application Dev role is responsible for analyzing user needs and assisting in the design and development of enterprise software applications that support healthcare activities such as processing prescriptions and claims. This position contributes to the organization by improving software functionality, reliability, and performance, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, components, and frameworks
- • Conduct requirements analysis to assess design feasibility and plan technical implementation
- • Configure and test software applications to improve features focusing on performance and maintainability
- • Write, debug, and review high-quality code
- • Track and resolve production issues
- • Design and develop applications, systems, and databases for healthcare processing
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development, requirements, code review, deliverables, quality assurance, and best practices
4. Requirements:
- • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- • Six months of experience in the role or related occupation
- • Six months of experience with Java, Python, or R
- • Six months of experience with XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- • Six months of experience with Spring Boot microservices
- • Six months of experience with Oracle
- • Experience using JIRA, Rally, or Confluence
- • Experience developing backend services, performing code reviews, and collaborating on software solutions
- • Experience designing data models for analytical and reporting use cases
- • Experience with Agile productivity tools and leading incremental software releases
- • Experience working with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes and prototypes based on end-user feedback and human-centered design
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- • Salary range from $109,512 to $158,620 per year
- • Eligibility for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs
- • Participation in an equity award program
