We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in web analytics, data governance, and analytics implementations to lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and business teams. This individual will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of analytics projects while partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to establish measurement standards, improve data quality, and ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge of digital analytics platforms with exceptional communication and organizational skills, enabling them to influence teams, manage priorities, and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

Top Daily Responsibilities

• Lead technical analytics projects from planning through implementation, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Drive web analytics implementation efforts, including measurement planning, tagging strategy, and data quality initiatives.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, documentation, and implementation processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, remove project blockers, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project workflows, documentation, and implementation tracking using Airtable and other project management tools.
• Support continuous improvements to analytics processes, governance, and reporting frameworks.

Top Requirements

• Experience leading technical or analytics implementation projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong background in web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Google Analytics, or similar technologies.
• Experience with data governance, measurement strategy, tagging standards, or analytics implementation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders ranging from technical teams to business leadership.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience using Airtable or similar workflow/project management platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence is preferred.
• Experience working with digital marketing, product, engineering, or MarTech teams is highly preferred.
