SpendVue Data Analyst

• Position Overview
• The SpendVue Data Analyst plays a critical role in processing and wrangling large data sets for clients, consultants, and internal teams across the ERA Group.

In this role, the analyst will support project delivery by managing large data sets, creating dashboard reports, and ensuring that information is processed and shared in a timely and accurate manner. They will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, improve data quality, and provide actionable insights that support growth.

The analyst will work closely with ERA Group leadership team to monitor data quality, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that drive growth.

The SpendVue Data Analyst reports directly to the SpendVue Manager within the ERA Operations Team.

Responsibilities

• Process large data sets to create a SpendVue Report (Client spend dashboards) for consultants
• Data cleansing and transformation process of the SpendVue Template (Excel, 100K+ rows)
• Process data through SpendBot (AI) and review accuracy for consultants
• Filter and categorize cost saving categories in SpendVue Report (Excel)
• Analyze and manipulate data in Excel and provide analytical insights (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
• Support process improvement of data processing to increase speed and accuracy of delivery
• Work alongside the Global SpendVue team to create next-gen Spend Analysis / Intelligence reports (AI)
• Support Franchise Business Units and Prospective Customers in uploading data for analysis
• Train consultants on our data processes, and answer questions as needed
• Identify and analyze business development opportunities within the Athena CRM platform
• Create executive management reports using Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience, associate degrees, or relevant certifications will also be considered.
• 1 - 2 years of data quality or data management experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and large dataset management
• Microsoft Office Suite experience: Word, PowerPoint, Power BI
• Tableau experience a plus
• Python experience a plus
• Project Management experience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Travel required at times (less than 10%)
