Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced SOX Analyst IV who will support IT SOX compliance readiness for an Oracle Cloud Fusion implementation. This role will ensure that SOX ITGC controls are designed effectively throughout by working in conjunction with the business SOX teams to develop access and change management, as well as data migration controls. You will also be responsible for creating audit-ready documentation to support external audit requirements.

• Key Responsibilities
• Oracle Cloud Fusion Implementation
• Partner with IT and business teams to embed SOX controls into Oracle Cloud Fusion integration activities (HR/Finance systems).
• Assess downstream SOX impact of system changes, data migrations, and interface integrations.
• Design appropriate control coverage for access provisioning, role design, and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Validate role design, provisioning workflows, and least privilege enforcement.
• Collect and validate audit evidence tied to integration activities.
• Support auditor walkthroughs and testing (KPMG/EY).
• Maintain audit-ready documentation throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Track control design and testing, risks, and remediation status.
• Provide concise status updates to SOX leadership.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly range is $50/hr - $70/hr based on shift, experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
