Solution Business Analyst

ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Solution Business Analyst in the USA.

ABOUT CLIENT

• Our client is a multinational British-American professional services and management consulting company providing solutions in risk management, data and analytics, strategy consulting, investment advisory, health insurance, and retirement services.
• The project focuses on modernizing the client's digital tools and building a new software platform that brings tools and data together, simplifies product development and delivery, and enables customers to manage their business portfolios and risk mitigation strategies more effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex enterprise software projects
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management
• Experience working on solution design and translating business needs into functional requirements
• Experience with enterprise platforms, digital products, and system integrations
• Ability to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams and multiple business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and a good understanding of Azure cloud services, integrations
• Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and clarify business needs
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and solution requirements
• Participate in solution design and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
• Analyze existing digital tools, user flows, and business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Define requirements for new platform modules, reusable components, and integrations
• Support initiatives aimed at bringing multiple tools and data sources into a unified platform
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Architecture, Development, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Maintain requirements documentation and support development teams during implementation and clarification
• Ensure delivered solutions address customer business goals and provide measurable business value
