Role Description This part-time remote role combines responsibilities of Software Tester, QA Analyst, and Automation Engineer to ensure the reliability and quality of Nature Peinture - RP engagées climat’s software solutions. The role involves planning, designing, and executing manual and automated test cases across web and/or mobile applications, documenting test results, and reporting defects with clear, actionable details. The team member will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify risks, and improve overall product quality. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and maintaining test environments, creating regression test suites, participating in sprint ceremonies, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, including familiarity with different testing types (functional, regression, integration, performance).
Hands-on experience with Test Execution and designing clear, reproducible Test Cases.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and investigate complex issues.
Experience or interest in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
Understanding of version control and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Git, Jira, or equivalent).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.
Relevant education or certifications in computer science, software engineering, QA, or equivalent practical experience.
