Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur. The Owner is responsible for leading client engagements from initial inquiry through project completion, including scoping work, conducting assessments, and presenting recommendations. Daily activities include meeting with clients, analyzing business data and processes, preparing reports and proposals, and managing project timelines and deliverables. The Owner also oversees business development, maintains client relationships, and ensures high-quality service delivery. Additional responsibilities may include managing finances, coordinating with any support staff or partners, and continuously identifying opportunities to expand or improve service offerings.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in consulting, advisory services, or a related professional services environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data analysis and process evaluation
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
Proven capability in client relationship management and business development, including negotiating and closing engagements
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Understanding of basic financial and operational principles relevant to small and medium-sized businesses
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in consulting or project management are an asset
Willingness to work on-site in Jamshedpur and engage directly with clients at their locations as needed
