Role Description The Owner of Duvéré Beauvais Peinture will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the business in a part-time, remote capacity. This role includes managing client relationships, coordinating painting projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The Owner will handle budgeting, invoicing, and basic financial oversight, as well as vendor and contractor coordination. Responsibilities also include guiding marketing efforts, maintaining an online presence, and identifying new business opportunities. The Owner will establish processes, set performance standards, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety practices.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business ownership, small business management, or entrepreneurship, with the ability to make strategic and operational decisions.
Knowledge of painting services, construction, or home improvement industries, including basic understanding of materials, timelines, and quality standards.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders in a remote, part-time environment.
Effective communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, contractors, suppliers, and partners.
Basic financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and reviewing invoices or simple financial reports.
Comfort with digital tools such as email, project management software, scheduling applications, and social media to support remote operations.
Ability to develop and maintain customer-focused processes, emphasizing reliability, quality, and professional service.
Relevant experience in operations, project management, or customer service; formal education in business, management, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
