Software Tester / QA Analyst / Automation Engineer

• Role Description
• This is a part-time, remote role for a Software Tester / QA Analyst / Automation Engineer. The role involves executing software tests, developing and documenting test cases, performing end-to-end quality assurance processes, and identifying areas for improvement. The candidate will also collaborate with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality innovative solutions aligned with the African Union's goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Test Execution and creating well-structured Test Cases
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing and Quality Assurance principles
• Analytical skills for identifying bugs and improving system performance
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Prior experience in tech innovation or development projects is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
