Software Engineer / Techforce Support Analyst

Job Summary

Join an enterprise IT and engineering team delivering high-impact support and cutting-edge feature integrations. In this role, you will provide critical cross-platform hardware, software, and network support while collaborating with internal research teams to integrate novel AI voice agents into enterprise communication tools like Slack.

Responsibilities

Interface directly with Slack and the AI Research team to build, integrate, and optimize a voice agent into the Slack platform.

Provision, configure, and troubleshoot Apple, Dell, and mobile devices (iOS/Android) across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Linux Ubuntu environments.

Support enterprise applications including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce while managing Active Directory user accounts and permissions.

Diagnose and resolve TCP/IP networking issues across LAN, WAN, VPN, and remote work setups.

Manage a high-volume queue of incoming support requests, maintain technical documentation, and ensure strict compliance with enterprise security policies and SOX controls.

Develop mobile features and supporting logic across native ecosystems using modern frameworks and libraries.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in IT desktop support, end-user computing, or technical support within a large enterprise environment.

Proven ability to troubleshoot multi-OS setups (macOS, Windows, Linux) and enterprise SaaS applications (Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Hands-on knowledge of network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN) and Active Directory administration.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline.

Experience with mobile or software development tools (Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack, JUnit, SQLDelight).

Salesforce ADM 201 certification or 1-3 years of Salesforce administration experience.
