About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Operations Coordinator to join our team at Prosegur Security USA, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, coordinating security personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the safety and security of our clients by managing operational workflows, supporting security staff, and implementing best practices to enhance overall security effectiveness.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or a related field. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, a bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct. Valid security licenses or certifications, such as a security guard license, are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily security operations to ensure seamless service delivery across client sites.

Supervise and support security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Develop and implement security protocols and procedures in compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Monitor security systems and respond promptly to incidents, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Collaborate with clients, law enforcement, and emergency responders to address security concerns and emergencies effectively.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and personnel performance for reporting and analysis.

Stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Assist in the development of security training programs for staff, promoting a culture of safety and awareness.

Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the continuous improvement of security services.
