- Role: SRE Business Analyst

- Job Description
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Work with SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
- Analyze production issues and support incident, problem, and change management.
- Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documents.
- Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, and release activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Required Skills
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Experience working with SRE/Production Support or DevOps teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
- Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
