- Title: SFCC Business Analyst
- Location – Dallas-Fort Worth. TX (Onsite 3-4 Days/Week)
- Duration: 6 Months+
- Lead client-facing requirements gathering, translating business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations.
- Analyze eCommerce customer journeys, site performance, and conversion drivers to identify optimization opportunities across merchandising, checkout, and personalization.
- Partner with product, engineering, and QA teams to validate solutions, support UAT, and ensure SFCC configurations align with business requirements and release goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging SFCC capabilities (e.g., promotions, catalog, search, integrations) and recommending enhancements to improve user experience, performance, and business outcomes.
