ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)

Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or ServiceNow enhancements.
Strong requirements management experience, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and working with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience with business process documentation, process analysis, and workflow documentation.
Hands-on experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and solution validation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules.
Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management).
Experience with CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
Experience with ITOM (IT Operations Management).
Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center.
Experience with ServiceNow Case Management.
Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM).
Experience working in the Government/Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and ServiceNow implementation teams.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to identify business needs and define solutions.
Document current-state and future-state business processes.
Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and ServiceNow solutions.
Support ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and process improvements.
Participate in solution validation and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Develop and execute UAT scenarios, test cases, and validation activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders during UAT and manage requirement-related issues.
Support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Employee Center, and Case Management.
Assist with organizational change management and adoption activities.
Ensure requirements, processes, and solution documentation are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
