• eWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst / Business Consultant to support enterprise Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business and technology teams to improve ServiceNow CMDB, implement Common Service Data Model (CSDM) best practices, and support enterprise-wide ServiceNow integrations

• .Key Responsibilitie
• sLead ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM initiatives
• .Gather and document business and technical requirements
• .Support enterprise ServiceNow integrations
• .Improve Configuration Management processes and governance
• .Monitor CMDB data quality and integration health
• .Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams
• .Maintain configuration documentation and standards
• .Support enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives
• .Requirement
• sBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• .5+ years of Business Systems or Business Analysis experience
• .3+ years working with ServiceNow CMDB
• .Hands-on experience with Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• .Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• .Strong Configuration Management (SACM) experience
• .Broad IT Infrastructure knowledge
• .Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• .Project coordination and documentation experience
