• The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide end-user technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role requires strong customer service skills and hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop, mobile, application, and network-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users.
• Manage and resolve up to 30 support requests per day.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, application, and network issues.
• Create, update, and manage tickets in ServiceNow.
• Support user accounts in Active Directory, including password resets and account unlocks.
• Deploy and support desktops, laptops, iPhones, and iPads.
• Provide support for Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and other collaboration technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Active Directory, printer support, iOS devices, network troubleshooting (VPN/Wi-Fi), and hardware deployment.
• Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be local to the Nashville, TN area and able to work onsite.
