About the Role:

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst in Torrance, CA. You will develop complex financial and economic models, manage Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), and prepare IRC Section 482/6662 documentation for multinational automotive transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Build and maintain complex quantitative financial models for transfer pricing planning and APA compliance.
• • Conduct comparable company financial searches, economic screening, and profitability benchmark studies.
• • Calculate required transfer pricing adjustments, royalty markups, and intercompany service charges.
• • Prepare contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation reports under IRC §482 and §6662 guidelines.
• • Support global tax responses for Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and Country-by-Country (CbCR) inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• • 4+ years of transfer pricing and economic analysis experience with a Big 4 firm or multinational corporation.
• • Thorough understanding of U.S. transfer pricing regulations (IRC §482) and OECD guidelines.
• • Advanced financial modeling proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex economic models to tax authorities.
