- Role: Senior Technical Business Analyst
- Location: Edmonton, Alberta (Remote within Alberta)
- Duration: 12 Months with Possible extension
- Job Summary
- We are hiring a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a client project supporting digital transformation initiatives within Correctional Services, including Wi-Fi modernization and Video Visitation implementation.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering
- Develop business, functional, and technical specifications
- Conduct business process analysis and re-engineering
- Support enterprise system integration and solution design
- Collaborate with business, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Required Skills
- 5+ years of Technical Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience with requirements elicitation and stakeholder management
- Business process mapping (BPMN/UML) and technical documentation
- Experience in Agile enterprise IT environments
- Public Sector or Correctional Services experience is highly preferred
