POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst to support the Global Laboratory Informatics department, reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Platforms. The ideal candidate will solve complex operational challenges by leading configuration, build, validation, and release activities for a global enterprise Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platform.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Support configuration, build, validation, and release activities for the global enterprise Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platform.
• • Request and configure AWS cloud resources for platform architecture and business workflow requirements.
• • Serve as the primary point of contact and technical support for Agilent Instrument Controller (AIC) builds, PC image deployment, and instrument connectivity.
• • Author and execute requirement test scripts, IQ/OQ documentation, and SDLC compliance artifacts.
• • Coordinate daily and weekly deployment activities with project teams to ensure alignment with lab migration plans.
