This is a true advisory position where you'll focus on strategic client engagements while a dedicated compliance team handles tax preparation and filing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead up to 12 strategic client meetings per week as a trusted advisor to business owners.
• Design and present advanced tax planning strategies focused on tax minimization, wealth preservation, estate planning, insurance alignment, and business succession planning.
• Utilize leading tax planning and AI-powered tools to develop tailored recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications:

• CPA license Required
• 5–10 years of tax experience
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing complex tax strategies for business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
• Technology-forward mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and automation.
