Senior Systems Analyst – Microsoft Power Platform

• Pay Rate: $80–90/hr W2 or $100/hr C2C

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst / Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications while partnering closely with Solution Architects, Quality Engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing enterprise solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, along with strong integration experience across Azure services, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microsoft technologies. This individual will also help establish development standards, mentor team members, and drive adoption of Power Platform best practices across the organization.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, Azure services, and .NET applications.
• Establish Power Platform development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, data governance, DLP policies, and SOX requirements.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support application testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of application development, systems analysis, or software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Strong experience with:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, and Azure services.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for source control, work management, and deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
