Senior Sales Analyst — Finance | PE-Backed Manufacturer | Tampa Bay

• $105-125k + bonus | In-office Mon-Thurs
• Growing company, active process improvement initiative, highly collaborative finance team partnering directly with Sales & Marketing

• What You'll Do
• Serve as finance partner to Sales & Marketing on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Build models and dashboards covering pipeline, quota attainment, and revenue trends
• Analyze marketing spend/campaign ROI and customer/channel profitability
• Support month-end close, rebate administration, and SG&A budget-to-actual
• Maintain financial data integrity in ERP system.

• What You Bring
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, commercial/revenue-facing preferred
• Large ERP experience, advanced Tableau/PowerBI, strong Excel modeling skills
• Experience leading FP&A process improvement projects
• Ability to translate large data sets into clear business insights
• Strong communication /collaboration skills, comfortable presenting to Sales/Marketing leadership

• Nice-to-Haves
• Python/SQL/Sigma, AI-in-finance experience, Databricks, CPA/MBA, Salesforce familiarity
