Senior QGenda Analyst

Engage Partners is looking for a Senior QGenda Analyst for a healthcare client — and we're looking for someone with true, hands-on depth in the platform.

This isn't simply someone who has used QGenda.

We need an analyst who has been behind the scenes: supporting the application, configuring the system, building or modifying workflows, troubleshooting complex issues and working with operational teams to make QGenda work better for the organization.

We're particularly interested in candidates who can speak specifically about what they've personally built, configured, enhanced or optimized within QGenda.

What we're looking for:

• Deep QGenda application knowledge
• Hands-on configuration and system support
• Experience building/modifying workflows and rules
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare environment experience
• Ability to work directly with operational stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions
• Experience with integrations and broader QGenda functionality is a plus

This will likely begin as a contract-to-hire opportunity.
