I'm hiring a Senior Python ML Engineer to join a team focused on building and scaling AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and machine learning solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-visibility initiatives at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and generative AI. What you'll do:

• Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions using Python.
• Develop and enhance LLM-powered applications, agents, and workflow automation systems.
• Build solutions that leverage business and operational data to generate insights, recommendations, and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to solve complex challenges.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms, APIs, and structured and unstructured data sources.
• Establish scalable frameworks for evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
• Explore and implement approaches such as RAG, agent orchestration, model adaptation, and fine-tuning where appropriate.

What I'm looking for:

• Strong Python software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, or agent-based applications.
• Strong understanding of the full AI lifecycle, from experimentation and data preparation through deployment and monitoring.
• Experience evaluating model quality, reliability, and real-world business impact.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• A pragmatic, outcome-oriented engineer who can take ideas from concept to production.
