Senior Program Controls Analyst

This is an opportunity to play a key role in program execution, partnering with engineering, finance, and program management teams to ensure successful delivery of complex defense programs.

• What You'll Do
• Monitor program cost, schedule, and resource performance using Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial execution
• Analyze program performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Prepare CDRLs, financial reports, presentations, and executive status updates
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, and PMO teams
• Identify program risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies
• Track labor, resources, and budget allocations across development programs
• Ensure compliance with contractual reporting requirements, including EVM Formats 1-5

• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of Program Controls Analyst (or equivalent) experience
• Strong background in Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience with cost and schedule management for government programs
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proposal experience is highly preferred
• Experience supporting engineering and development programs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with exceptional attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience working in both large and small organizations
• Government contracting or defense industry experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
