- Rate: $165K–$180K Base Salary (+ bonus)
This Senior Product Manager opportunity is based in Boston, MA, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday. The role sits within an asset/investment management environment and will lead enterprise data products leveraging technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures. This is a direct-hire position focused on defining and executing a cohesive enterprise data strategy across the organization.
This is an opportunity to own the vision and multi-year roadmap for enterprise-scale data products with significant visibility across business and technology leadership. You’ll help shape how data is accessed and consumed across applications, reporting, analytics, and operational workflows while driving API-first integration and modern data platform initiatives. The role offers a strong mix of strategic product ownership, hands-on technical collaboration, and cross-functional leadership.

- Required Skills & Experience
- · 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related leadership roles
- · Experience within Asset Management, Investment Management, or Financial Services strongly preferred
- · Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise data, reporting, analytics, or modernization initiatives
- · Strong API integration experience, including API-first data products and REST APIs
- · Strong understanding of operational data stores, data warehousing, cloud data platforms, data governance, and data quality concepts
- · Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, business value, and success metrics
- · Experience partnering with business stakeholders, data engineering, architecture, operations, and application teams
- · Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- · Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Desired Skills & Experience
- · Experience with AWS, Snowflake, DBT, and Tableau
- · Knowledge of cloud-native data architectures and reusable enterprise data services
- · Experience developing multi-year enterprise data roadmaps
- · Experience establishing data quality, completeness, reliability, and timeliness metrics and dashboards
- · Experience balancing new product development with operational excellence and technical debt reduction
- · Experience building, leading, or mentoring high-performing teams
- · Techno-functional mindset with a strong understanding of both business requirements and technical implementation
