Senior Procurement Analyst

• Job Summary
• The Senior Procurement Analyst will manage the procurement of Construction Services for the Capital Projects portfolio. Manage the procurement process for Civil, Electrical and A/E purchase orders, contracts, renewals, continuing to re-source recurring contractual commitments and manage emergent work in support of operations.

• Job Responsibilities
• Duties may include being the procurement Subject Matter Expert for multiple business units or at the Enterprise level where such expertise is useful in leveraging procurement activities.
• Work is primarily focused on planned and emergent work within a single business unit, although the ability to apply expertise across business units is desired
• Specific duties include: Supplier identification and qualification; procurement sourcing; RFP preparation; bid evaluation; negotiation, materials and services contract development and administration; material and service planning; managing internal expert review protocols, preparing and issuing purchase orders.

• Job Specific Qualifications
• • BS/BA degree and 5 years of procurement, supply chain management experience
• • Experience analyzing proposals and negotiating with suppliers to purchase materials and services
• • Experience integrating scope and commercial requirements into contracts and purchase orders
• • Valid driver license & ability to travel
• • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
