Senior Pricing Analyst

SNI Companies is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join a leading national professional services firm. Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and pricing strategies to evaluate profitability and support client engagements.
• Analyze alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), budgets, and matter economics to balance client objectives with firm profitability.
• Advise partners and leadership by translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Monitor pricing performance, profitability metrics, and key business indicators.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through historical and predictive analysis.
• Support client proposals, RFP responses, and strategic pricing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams on pricing-related projects.
• Assist with annual rate setting, pricing governance, and continuous process improvements.
• Utilize analytics platforms and AI-enabled tools to enhance pricing insights and decision-making.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive pricing practices, and market developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, profitability analysis, revenue management, or a related discipline.
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, financial modeling, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and business partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
