SKILLS REQUIRED

• Primary (Must-Have):
• 3+ years of relevant experience in pricing, price analysis, FP&A, finance, or accounting
• Experience working with FAR / DFARS regulations
• Ability to conduct market research and price analysis
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop creative, strategic pricing solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Secondary (Good to Have):
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments
• Advanced Excel or data analysis tool proficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sr Pricing Analyst will leverage market research, pricing analysis methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance while driving competitive and strategic pricing outcomes. This role supports pricing activities through market analysis, supplier pricing evaluation, pricing strategy support, and collaboration with internal stakeholders across business, proposal, engineering, procurement, and subcontract functions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research and price analysis to evaluate supplier pricing for commercial products and services
• Analyze comparable commercial offerings to establish fair and reasonable pricing benchmarks
• Apply knowledge of FAR / DFARS regulations to ensure compliance in all pricing activities
• Support pricing strategies for FAR Part 15 proposals, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
• Utilize analytical tools and financial principles to develop well-documented pricing analyses
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, proposal operations, product line leaders, engineering, procurement, and subcontract specialists
• Present pricing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
