Senior Pricing Analyst

Our client is a law firm. They seek a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and defend financial models projecting the impact of proposed pricing arrangements
• Assess financial exposure and risk associated with pricing structures and recommend alternatives when appropriate
• Present pricing recommendations, profitability projections, and key assumptions to partners and senior stakeholders
• Leverage data mining techniques to analyze matter precedent and maintain pricing databases
• Partner with attorneys to create detailed client and matter budgets, including staffing assumptions and scenario analyses
• Design pricing and budgeting templates, guidelines, and frameworks for a variety of legal matters
• Compile financial information for client RFP responses and support proposal submissions
• Monitor fee adjustments, write-offs, and accounts receivable trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with billing and finance teams to implement and track client fee arrangements effectively
• Guide analysts by reviewing work product, ensuring accuracy, and supporting pricing initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of pricing finance experience
• Open to industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical
