Senior Manager, Sales Analytics & Revenue Operations

My client, an established B2B SaaS business, is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Sales Analytics & Revenue Intelligence to join its Sales Operations function.

This is a highly visible role partnering closely with the VP of Sales & Business Development, CRO, FP&A and wider Sales leadership to provide the analysis and insight that drives commercial decision-making.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Building and refining quota models aligned to revenue targets and headcount plans
• Conducting territory and TAM analysis to identify coverage gaps, whitespace and growth opportunities
• Supporting commission and incentive compensation planning
• Driving ongoing analysis around pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, sales performance and productivity
• Acting as a strong Salesforce power user, building reporting and dashboards for leadership
• Using tools such as Gong, Clari and AI platforms to improve forecasting and accelerate insight
• Presenting clear, actionable recommendations to VP and executive-level stakeholders

The successful candidate will ideally bring:

• 5+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics or closely related experience
• Strong experience within a SaaS environment
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce
• Proven exposure to quota modelling, territory planning and/or incentive compensation
• Experience with pipeline forecasting and sales performance analytics
• Exposure to platforms such as Clari, Gong, CaptivateIQ, Xactly or similar

Experience working directly in Sales earlier in your career would be particularly valuable, as the business is looking for someone who genuinely understands the day-to-day realities of a sales team rather than approaching the position from a purely Finance or FP&A perspective.
