Senior Manager – Data Analytics & SAP

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Data Analytics Project Management & SAP to lead strategic data and analytics initiatives while driving successful delivery of SAP-related projects. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, data professionals, and SAP functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data analytics, BI, and SAP projects, from planning and requirements through implementation and post-production support.
• Develop project strategies, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and governance structures.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Manage SAP-related initiatives, integrations, data flows, reporting, and analytics capabilities across relevant SAP environments.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, architects, SAP teams, vendors, and business SMEs to ensure successful project execution.
• Establish project KPIs, monitor milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reporting requirements are incorporated into project delivery.
• Present project status, risks, financials, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Manage external vendors and technology partners where applicable.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, analysts, and other team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, analytics delivery processes, and technology adoption.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale data analytics and technology projects from initiation through delivery.
• Strong hands-on understanding of SAP environments and data.
• Experience with data warehousing, BI/reporting, data integration, and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, vendors, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
