  • Identify and drive opportunities to maximize revenues, profitability and organizational efficiency through disciplined adherence to research, analytics, automated reporting, and data-informed recommendations.
  • Organize, analyze, and present data from ticket sales and operations, marketing campaigns, merchandise sales, social media interaction, survey responses, capital expenditures, corporate partnerships, and other business areas.
  • Oversee data imports, audits, validation, and quality-control processes supporting the Club’s Data Warehouse and broader analytics environment.
  • Use programming languages, such as Python or SQL, to help develop efficiencies and automate processes.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and practices across professional sports and other industries to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with IT and other stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are implemented with appropriate data governance, security, privacy, accuracy, and user adoption standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and sometimes work evenings or weekends to cover events.
  • Complete other strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
