Role Description The Senior Management Analyst (AFSC CAE) is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK. This position supports management and leadership teams by analyzing operational, financial, and program data to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and assessing program plans, preparing detailed reports and presentations, tracking metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. The analyst will assist in managing contract activities, support budgeting and resource allocation, and contribute to training initiatives and process improvements. The role also involves working closely with military and government counterparts to ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills for data evaluation, problem-solving, and process improvement.
Excellent communication skills for clear reporting, stakeholder coordination, and presentation of findings.
Finance-related skills for budgeting, cost analysis, and support of resource planning.
Program management skills for tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and supporting contract execution.
Training skills to develop and deliver instructional materials, briefings, and process guidance.
Master's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience working with military, government, or defense-related programs is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with office productivity software and data analysis tools; familiarity with project management systems is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a structured, on-site environment and manage multiple priorities.
