Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are working with a fast growing Series C healthcare AI company hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to focus on fine tuning open source language models for clinical products.

You will train adapt evaluate and deploy models that sit at the centre of the company’s platform.

Responsibilities

• Fine tune open source models including Llama and Mistral
• Build training evaluation and deployment pipelines
• Improve model accuracy reliability latency and cost
• Work with large healthcare datasets
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship models into production
• Help shape the company’s model training and infrastructure strategy

Experience

• Strong experience fine tuning open source language models
• Hands on experience with PyTorch and modern training frameworks
• Experience with LoRA QLoRA supervised fine tuning or preference optimisation
• Strong Python and software engineering skills
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production
• Knowledge of distributed training cloud infrastructure or model serving

• Package
• Base salary up to 300000 dollars plus equity and benefits. Remote working schedule.
