2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Logistics & Procurement Analyst role supports global sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations critical to network and datacenter infrastructure deployments. This position manages the procurement lifecycle and global shipments to ensure inventory availability and supports infrastructure initiatives by maintaining supplier relationships and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Execute procurement and logistics operations to deliver hardware on time and within budget.
- • Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, and contract negotiations to optimize cost and performance.
- • Oversee procurement and logistics processes including RFQs, purchase orders, onboarding, transportation, customs compliance, and inventory management.
- • Review and approve purchase orders and invoices, collaborating with Finance and Accounting for accuracy and timely payments.
- • Drive cost reduction through supplier optimization, freight management, and process improvements.
- • Coordinate with internal teams to mitigate supply chain risks and support global infrastructure expansion.
4. Requirements:
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or infrastructure operations.
- • Strong knowledge of global procurement, supplier management, contract negotiations, logistics, inventory, and international shipping compliance.
- • Experience with purchase orders, invoice approvals, budgeting, and financial controls.
- • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- • Preferred experience includes datacenter or large-scale infrastructure procurement, global hardware deployment, ERP and procurement platforms such as Coupa or NetSuite, and supply chain optimization initiatives.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- • The estimated salary range for this position is $113,220 to $159,840.
- • Starting salary varies based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
- • Eligibility for equity and discretionary bonus programs may apply.
