- Senior Logistics Coordinator (Leadership Track)

- The Opportunity
- This is more than a logistics coordination role. We are looking for someone who can quickly become a key contributor to the department and demonstrate the ability to lead both in-person and remote team members as the company continues to grow.
- You will be expected to take ownership of critical logistics processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the long-term success of the Logistics team.
- What You'll Do
- Review, edit, and approve shipping documentation
- Create and send master carton label templates to printers
- Review and approve label PDFs for accuracy
- Track FedEx shipments and communicate directly with carriers regarding delays or documentation requests
- Create freight bookings through client portals and coordinate shipment details with factories
- Prepare freight quote specifications for air and ocean shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and prepare quotes for management review
- Maintain and update the Open Order Report in Monday.com
- Respond to operational inquiries and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor logistics workflows and identify process improvements
- Support compliance-related logistics activities and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with leadership on operational initiatives and team development
- Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, import/export operations, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Excel power users strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability
- Commitment to a long-term career opportunity
- Flexibility to ensure critical work is completed when needed
- Leadership Experience
- Prior experience managing, supervising, mentoring, or leading team members
- Ability and willingness to manage both in-person and remote employees
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
- Interest in growing into a Logistics Manager or leadership position within the organization
- Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with experience in the following areas will be strongly preferred:
- Trade Compliance
- Regulatory Compliance
- Customs and international shipping regulations
- CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism)
- International logistics and global freight operations
- Import/export documentation and compliance requirements
- Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Monday.com experience
