  • The Role & Your Mission
  • As the Senior Learning Analyst, you will enable the Technology Readiness & Change Enablement global programs through strong training operations, LMS administration, and data-driven reporting/insights.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • • Support planning, execution, and delivery management for technology training and adoption programs (virtual and in-person).
  • • Manage scheduling, invitations, enrollments, reminders, and training calendars; track attendance and completion; support follow-ups.
  • • Administration of the learning management system (e.g., Workday Learning or comparable LMS) including session setup, enrollment management, learning assignments, roster maintenance, completion tracking, and reporting.
  • • Run reports from the LMS and other systems; analyze and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • • Design, build, and maintain dashboards that track adoption and training outcomes (e.g., attendance, completion, satisfaction, engagement, time-to-complete, segment analysis).
  • • Use Excel and in-house AI tools to clean, structure, validate, and analyze data (including pivot tables and repeatable reporting templates).
  • • Design, deploy, and manage training effectiveness surveys; analyze results and provide recommendations to improve training design, delivery, and end user experience.
  • • Provide technical support during virtual sessions including troubleshooting, managing recordings, and coordinating publishing/post-session activities.
  • • Maintain the Tech Learning Portal (SharePoint) as an internal training delivery and communications hub; keep content organized, current, and easy to navigate.
  • • Assist with basic updates to training materials and documentation; test courses and provide usability/learner-experience feedback.

  • What You Need to Have (Required)
  • • Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience supporting corporate learning/training delivery, operations, LMS administration, and/or learning analytics.
  • • Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience (Workday Learning preferred, but not required).
  • • Strong Power BI skills, including building and maintaining dashboards and creating clear data stories for stakeholders.
  • • Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables; ability to clean/structure data for analysis).
  • • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; able to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and follow-through.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.

  • What Makes You Stand Out (Preferred)
  • • Experience supporting training programs in a technology-driven, engineering, or transformation environment.
  • • Experience with Zoom webinar/session production (live support, recording management, troubleshooting).
  • • Experience maintaining SharePoint sites/portals.
  • • Familiarity with Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) and basic learning content maintenance.
  • • Basic content/graphic creation skills (simple visuals, quick edits, thumbnails/banners).
  • • Practical experience using Generative AI for productivity (drafting, summarizing, reporting narratives) and effective prompting.
