• Duration: 6 Months contract ( High possibility of extension )
• W2 Contract Only

Job Description:

Must haves: ServiceNow, automation and scripting; willingness to dig into Cherwell.

• About the Role
• Support transition from Cherwell to ServiceNow and regulator audit preparation (NERC CIP requirements) and support various IT Service Management functions such as CMDB, HAM, SAM, Change, Incident, Request, Knowledge, and Problem.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow, automation and scripting
• Willingness to dig into Cherwell
• Support transition from Cherwell to ServiceNow
• Regulator audit preparation (NERC CIP requirements)
• Support various IT Service Management functions such as CMDB, HAM, SAM, Change, Incident, Request, Knowledge, and Problem

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

• Required Skills
• ServiceNow (new system)
• Cherwell (legacy system)
• Tripwire
• CMDB and experience with IT Service Management processes
• Scripting (BASH, PowerShell, Python)
• Ability to use AI for automation specifically within ServiceNow and Copilot

• Preferred Skills
• NERC and CIP is nice to have
• Having audit experience is not a priority
