Are you passionate about managing and optimizing enterprise ERP environments, ensuring system reliability, and delivering scalable infrastructure solutions that support critical business operations? We are seeking a Senior IT Technical Analyst (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC) to administer, configure, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments while driving operational excellence, system performance, security, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert for JD Edwards CNC, supporting the full application lifecycle including environment management, upgrades, integrations, security administration, and infrastructure optimization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver stable and high-performing ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
JD Edwards CNC Administration
Install, configure, maintain, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments across development, testing, and production systems.
Manage EnterpriseOne architecture, system configurations, package deployment activities, and environment lifecycle management.
Support implementation of Tools Releases, ESUs, ASUs, application upgrades, and system enhancements.
Ensure platform stability, scalability, and operational readiness.
Environment & Release Management
Manage package builds, deployments, environment refreshes, and change implementation activities.
Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and environment redesign projects.
Ensure deployment processes follow established governance, documentation, and quality standards.
Support application lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.
System Performance & Monitoring
Monitor ERP environments and proactively address performance, stability, and capacity concerns.
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
Optimize application, web, enterprise, and database server performance.
Develop strategies that improve availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Security & Compliance
Administer and maintain EnterpriseOne security configurations, user roles, and access controls.
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and audit requirements.
Support role-based access management and environment governance initiatives.
Implement security best practices across ERP infrastructure and integrations.
Integration & Technical Support
Support and maintain integrations involving:
Application Interface Server (AIS)
Orchestrator Studio
Business Services (BSSV)
Enterprise interoperability frameworks
Collaborate with developers and integration teams to support business requirements.
Troubleshoot interface, integration, and connectivity issues.
Support enterprise-wide ERP ecosystem enhancements.
Disaster Recovery & Infrastructure Reliability
Develop, maintain, and test backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
Ensure high availability strategies align with business continuity requirements.
Partner with infrastructure teams on server, database, and network reliability initiatives.
Support capacity planning and long-term infrastructure strategies.
IT Service Management
Utilize ITIL-based processes for:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Service Request Management
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and operational issues.
Contribute to service improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation and support procedures.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex JD Edwards CNC issues.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across IT teams.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.
Partner with software vendors and support providers to resolve issues and optimize platform performance.
Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
Participate in long-term ERP roadmap planning and technology strategy discussions.
Evaluate opportunities for modernization, cloud adoption, and operational improvements.
Develop standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for ERP administration.
Support organizational initiatives that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC environments.
Strong expertise in:
JD Edwards Architecture
Package Management
Security Administration
Server Management
Performance Tuning
Enterprise Integrations
Lifecycle Management
Experience managing upgrades, deployments, patching, and environment maintenance activities.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with ITIL methodologies and IT service management processes.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience leading ERP infrastructure projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Knowledge of cloud-hosted ERP environments and modernization strategies.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale ERP integrations and automation initiatives.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
