We’re looking for a Senior Help Desk Analyst to join a Managed Services team and provide advanced technical support across multiple client environments. This person will serve as the highest escalation point for Level I and Level II technicians, resolve complex server and network issues, and help maintain reliable client infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • • Serve as the final escalation point for unresolved Level I and Level II issues
  • • Troubleshoot complex problems involving Windows servers, networks, firewalls, security, and infrastructure
  • • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Google Workspace
  • • Configure and support firewalls, switches, wireless networks, routing, and VPNs
  • • Support backup, disaster recovery, storage, VoIP, and internet connectivity solutions
  • • Lead or assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployments, and remediation projects
  • • Provide advanced remote and onsite support at client locations
  • • Document troubleshooting, root cause, resolutions, and work performed within the ticketing system
  • • Mentor junior technicians and help improve technical processes and service delivery
  • • Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For:

  • • 5+ consecutive years of hands-on technical support or systems administration experience
  • • Experience supporting multiple client environments, preferably within an MSP
  • • Experience providing Level III escalation support and mentoring technical staff
  • • Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration experience
  • • Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, firewalls, switches, wireless systems, and VPNs
  • • Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, backup, and disaster recovery technologies
  • • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication skills
  • • Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
  • • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client-site visits
  • • Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend work
