Senior Healthcare Analytics Consultant

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Senior Healthcare Analytics Consultant, you will join Turnberry's Data Strategy and Intelligence practice and service. This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assess current reporting processes, dashboards, and data sources
• Design data models, KPI definitions, and governance standards
• Build and automate data pipelines and reporting solutions
• Develop executive and operational dashboards with self-service capabilities
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reporting optimization
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
• User interface with executive level views of standard metrics across all 4 voice program products (i.e. adoption, utilization, efficiency (time savings), revenue cycle, and others)
• Dashboards with 98%+ accuracy, with consistent definitions and clean data
• Dashboards that update in real time
• Clear design and user interface for operational and executive teams

Qualifications

• Healthcare analytics experience, preferably supporting Epic environments
• Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise
• Experience with Epic Clarity reporting and querying
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
• Experience supporting executive reporting and operational analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare utilization and operational reporting experience
• Data governance and data quality management expertise
• Strong dashboard design and data visualization skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful metrics and insights
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience integrating data from multiple internal and external data sources

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $200,000 or the hourly equivalent.
