Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner

• A high-impact FP&A Analyst role acting as a true business partner, driving sales, margin, and strategic decision-making in a fast-growing retail and e-commerce environment.

• Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, e-commerce, marketing, and operations
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasting processes
• Provide deep analysis on sales, margins, and promotional performance (ROI, pricing, trade spend)
• Support top-line growth through sales forecasting and performance insights
• Build and enhance KPI dashboards and reporting tools
• Contribute to month-end close activities (accruals, provisions, balance sheet review)
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and financial modelling from scratch for senior leadership
• Play a key role in systems transformation
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives
• Profil du candidat
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
• Background in retail, CPG, or e-commerce is an asset
• Strong exposure to sales, margin, and trade spend analysis (critical)
• Advanced Excel + strong analytical & modelling skills
• Experience with ERP / BI tools (SAP, Power BI) is a strong asset
• Comfortable operating in a evolving, and matrix organization
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, business-oriented insights
• Hands-on and able to build analyses from scratch
• Bonus: on track for CPA
