2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior FP&A Analyst on the Corporate FP&A team plays a critical role in maintaining financial predictability, ensuring adequate capitalization, and aligning financial planning with strategic goals. This position transforms complex financial data into actionable insights that guide leadership decisions across the company. The analyst leads company-wide planning and forecasting, drives revenue and cash flow analysis, supports earnings reporting, and maintains key financial models for executive and board-level decision-making. The role also contributes to advancing the use of AI and automation within financial workflows to improve speed and transparency in a fully remote work environment.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Lead revenue forecasting and planning for core revenue components, including annual recurring revenue, churn, and expansion
- • Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and analysis supporting Corporate FP&A deliverables
- • Improve close and planning processes through automation, AI-enabled analysis, and enhanced data access
- • Collaborate with finance teams such as accounting and compensation to support joint planning and reporting efforts
- • Prepare clear commentary and insights for leadership reviews, including CFO, board, and audit committee materials
- • Identify opportunities to replace manual file management with scalable, automated workflows
- • Apply business judgment to link revenue model outputs with broader financial and operational context
- • Communicate progress, risks, assumptions, and open issues clearly in a fast-paced environment
4. Requirements:
- • Experience in corporate financial planning and analysis, particularly in revenue forecasting, planning, or financial modeling
- • Knowledge of SaaS revenue concepts including annual recurring revenue, churn, and expansion and their impact on performance
- • Skill in building and refining financial models emphasizing accuracy, clarity, and business relevance
- • Experience with automation in finance workflows and interest in applying AI tools such as Claude or Gemini for analysis and process improvement
- • Ability to distinguish between basic automation tasks and more advanced scalable solutions
- • Strong communication skills to provide transparent updates, ask insightful questions, and collaborate effectively
- • Adaptability and resilience in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment with strong follow-through
- • Willingness to apply transferable skills from related fields combined with strong financial acumen and a learning mindset
